About this part
For a 1-1/4 inch receiver: a 1-7/8 inch ball rated 2000 lb and a winch strap loop rated 5000 lb on the same mount.
The strap loop is the useful part on a work machine. It gives you somewhere to hook a strap without wrapping it around the ball, which is where a lot of gear gets lost.
Even at 5000 lb, treat the loop as a pulling point for a steady load, not as an anchor for a kinetic snatch.
