Who you are buying from
This store is operated by MI GLOBAL. Placing an order means you accept the terms on this page as they read on the day you order.
MI GLOBAL is registered at 1650 Thames Cir, Milton, ON L9E 1Y5, Canada.
The business number will be published on this page before the store goes live.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the confirmation email, not when the order is submitted.
We can decline an order. The usual reasons are a stock shortage, a pricing error we can prove, an address we cannot ship to, or a fraud check that fails. If we decline, you pay nothing.
Pricing and tax
All prices exclude sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping province and shown before you confirm.
Prices change over time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when the order is confirmed.
If a product page carries an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before shipping and either honour it, re-quote it or cancel and refund. We will not ship and then invoice you for the difference.
Payment
- Interac e-Transfer
- The only method today. Nothing is paid at checkout. A member of our sales team calls you to confirm the order and gives you the transfer details on that call.
- When we call
- On the number you give at checkout, on business days. That is why the phone field is required.
- Reference
- Put your order number in the transfer message. It lets us match the payment without contacting you again.
- Reserved stock
- The parts on the order are held while we wait for the transfer. Packing starts the day it arrives.
- Details are never published
- We do not put transfer details on this site and we do not send them unprompted. If they reach you before we have called, they are not ours.
- Card payment
- Not live yet. It will appear at checkout once the gateway is connected.
Fitment and product information
Fitment notes and specifications come from the manufacturer. We reproduce them accurately, but we do not warrant that a part fits a machine that has been modified, re-engined, or fitted with non-standard parts.
Confirming fitment for your year and model is your responsibility. Ask us before you order and we will check it against the data we have.
Product photography shows the part supplied. Fitting hardware, brackets and fluids are not included unless the product page names them.
Installation and use
These are parts for motor vehicles, off-road machines and workshops. Fitting them incorrectly can cause injury, fire, or a failure at speed.
Follow the manufacturer instructions and the correct torque figures, and use a qualified technician for brake, steering, suspension, fuel and electrical work. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation or by use outside what the part is rated for.
Some parts are sold for closed-course or off-road use only where the product page says so. Fitting them to a road vehicle is your decision and your legal responsibility.
Warranty
Parts carry the manufacturer warranty that came with them. We pass a valid claim through to the manufacturer and keep you informed of where it stands.
A warranty does not cover wear items at the end of their life, damage from an impact, racing use, incorrect installation, or a part run without the correct fluid or filter.
Nothing here removes the rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law.
Delivery and risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have been paid in full.
Delivery estimates are estimates. A carrier delay is not a breach of these terms, and we cannot compensate for a missed weekend of riding.
Limits on liability
Where the law allows us to limit it, our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for lost time, lost earnings, towing, storage, or the cost of labour to fit or remove a part. Check fitment before you book workshop time.
Accounts and conduct
Keep your password to yourself. Orders placed from your account are treated as placed by you until you tell us the account is compromised.
We can close an account that is used for fraud, for bulk buying in breach of these terms, or for abusive contact with our staff.
Governing law
The business operates from Ontario. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
You and MI GLOBAL submit to the courts of the Province of Ontario for anything arising out of an order placed here.
