About this part
A snatch block does two jobs. Run the winch line through it and back to your own machine and you roughly double the pulling force while halving the speed. Or anchor it to the side and change the direction of a pull without dragging the rope over rock.
Rated at 10 tons. Match that against your winch, your rope and your anchor, because the block is rarely the weak point. The anchor usually is.
Check that the sheave is wide enough for the rope or cable you run before you commit to it.
