About this part
Rated at 10 tons. Two uses: double your winch line back to the vehicle for roughly twice the pull, or hang it off a side anchor to redirect a pull around a tree or a rock shelf.
Doubling the line halves the speed. That is the trade, and on a hard stuck machine it is usually the right one because the winch motor works easier.
