About this part
Rope here is synthetic rather than wire. Rated pull is 3000 lb on 12 volts DC, and the box carries a wireless remote plus a mounting bracket.
Synthetic line is lighter to handle and it does not whip like wire if it fails, but it wears through on sharp edges and it does not like heat. Keep it clear of the exhaust and off rock lips. Rinse mud out of the rope and let it dry before you store it.
